Polarcus – “Right Design” Film

Polarcus was launched in 2008 and provides towed marine seismic acquisition services and multi-client projects to the oil and gas industry. Polarcus’ principal office is located in Dubai and has marketing offices in Houston, London and Singapore, as well as representation in several other countries globally. blueprint.tv created a series of videos to demonstrate the unique approach that Polarcus has taken towards the design, management and operation of its fleet, as well as technical features of the vessels.

They were looking to create a series of broadcast commercials to promote their Betfair Starting Price product as well as their sponsorship of the Breeder’s Cup in the U.S. We used the latest slo-motion rotoscoping techniques to animate images, capturing the passion and excitement within the sport.

The brief for Virgin Media Business was to create a one minute animated film explaining the company’s journey to date, culminating in connection to the ‘cloud’.
