Graff Diamonds was founded in 1960 by Laurence Graff and the luxury jewellery company now has stores throughout the world.
blueprint was commissioned to produce a film which followed the story of a single diamond from discovery, through cutting and polishing to setting in a completed piece, involving filming the uncut diamonds at source in Botswana and an interview with Laurence Graff to narrate the piece. It also looked at the history and heritage of Graff as a company. The final shoot used a specialised high-speed camera to capture diamonds falling through light beams in ultra slow-motion which took place at Graff’s headquarters in Mayfair.
